TASTING NOTES
Dunamis Interstellar Bourbon is aged five years in a number 4 char’d American white oak barrel. The result is a full flavored bourbon that begins great on the nose, followed by brilliant complexity, finished with smooth hints of oak, vanilla, toffee, citrus and caramel. This 90 Proof masterpiece is sure to please the most distinguished bourbon drinker.
Interstellar Bourbon pairs brilliantly with a medium to heavy leaf cigar and any cut of beef or lamb. It also blends well with red sauces and grilled pork. Master level bakers utilize its complex flavor profiles to prepare Black Bourbon Cakes to perfection.
RECIPE/APPROACH
The Dunamis Interstellar Bourbon mash bill starts with corn, rye and the perfect amount of malted barley, aged five years in an American White Oak Barrel. On barrel harvest day we execute our Dunamis micron filtration process followed by 16 chambers of charcoal filtration to ensure the silky smooth finish that is mandatory for all Dunamis Premium Spirits.
