Victor Young is a serial entrepreneur, business leader, visionary, and philanthropist who has successfully built, managed, and grown businesses across various industries throughout his 25+ year professional career.
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Victor came from humble beginnings which served as the launchpad for his entrepreneurial spirit and drive to achieve business success in his life.
Victor got his start in the television and radio industry in 1989, and has spent more than ten years in the film and entertainment industry as a director, producer, and writer of award-winning feature films and documentaries, including the films Paradise, FL, Stratosphere Movie, Bernie the Dolphin and Lady of The Manner.
For over two decades, Victor has also achieved many successes in the automotive industry, first as President and Co-Owner of BMW of Sarasota, then as Co-Owner of Lamborghini Sarasota, Florida, and now as the Managing Partner and Regional Vice President of Morgan Auto Group. Victor’s keen automotive industry insight has led to a number of high-profile partnerships during his long and storied career.
In 2014, Victor founded Global Metropolis Media (formerly Victor Young Productions) to provide expert marketing, public relations, content creation and creative consulting services to clients across the U.S.
He is also very passionate about employee retention and leadership development, which led to his creation of Human Technology Solutions and The Daily Life Coach – Podcast launched in 2015.
In addition to successfully running his own businesses, Victor has served as a board member for various organizations, including Moffitt Medical Group, The Sarasota Economic Development Corporation, Tampa Bay Academy of Hope, Manatee Rural Health Care System, Sarasota County Sheriff’s Advisory Board, The Southeastern Guide Dogs Endowment Fund, Pasco-Hernando State College, Hancock Whitney Bank, and SCTI’s film program.
Victor cares deeply about helping others in need, which has been a focal point his entire life. He is driven by community involvement, having volunteered with nonprofit organizations that provide entrepreneurial skills and financial assistance to economically challenged families as well as at-risk youth. As President and Co-Founder of Florida Youth, Inc., he created initiatives and secured funding for an amateur boxing program, a youth entrepreneurship program and a faith-based marine mentoring program which have served hundreds of youths in the Tampa Bay area.
Today, Victor pours his heart and soul into Dunamis Premium Spirits, creating premium liquor for extraordinary people who are game changers, playmakers, and successful movers and shakers always striving for greatness.
