Old Fashioned
- 2oz Dunamis Interstellar Bourbon
- 3/4oz Rich syrup
- 4 Dashes bitters
Stir in mixing glass with ice. Pour over ice block in cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel and premium cocktail cherry.
Manhattan
- 2oz Dunamis Interstellar Bourbon
- 1oz Vermouth
- 2 Dashes bitters
Stir in mixing glass with ice. Pour over ice blocking cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel and premium cocktail cherry.
zulu hotel airman's gin
Zulu Verde
- 2oz Zulu Hotel Airman’s Gin
- 2oz Midori
- 1oz Simple syrup
- 1oz Lemon juice
Add ingredients to the shaker, add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour ingredients into the glass.Top with tonic water and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Zulu Hotel French 75
- 1.5 oz. Zulu Hotel Airman’s Gin
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 oz. Champagne or Sparkling Wine (we recommend Brut)
Combine Zulu Hotel and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill thoroughly. Pour into a flute or coupe glass and top with Champagne. Immerse a bar spoon into the glass to gently mix ingredients without stirring to minimize the bubbles. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

- Blue Curacao
- Sugar Syrup
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Splash of Soda Water
- Lemon (to Garnish)
- *Or use lemonade in place of sugar syrup and fresh lemon juice.

- Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Club Soda
Shake and Garnish With Citrus Slice (to Garnish)

- 2 oz Bianca Supreme Aged Rum
- 1 oz Real Coconut
- 4 oz Mexican Coke (glass bottle)
Add ingredients to a mixing tin and stir until it foams lightly. Pour chilled drink in a martini glass.
