Bianca Supreme 5 Year Aged Rum is rested in an American White Oak barrel traditionally used to age America’s finest bourbons. The number 4 heavy charr pulls forward smooth flavors like vanilla, citrus, carmel, toffee and hints of fine oak. This 5 year aged rum was formulated to appeal to the individual looking to enjoy a spirit positioned between an aged bourbon and anejo rum. Bianca Supreme is to be paired with shellfish, a premium cut of beef or even lamb. Bianca also pairs well with a medium to heavy leaf cigar.
Bianca Supreme is made with pure cane sugar and down-proofed with water from the Crystal Springs in Zephyrhills, Florida “aka” The City of Pure Water in America. Once we harvest Bianca Supreme rum from the No. 4 American White Oak barrel, the rum is filtered through our Dunamis Micron System and then 16 times in our charcoal filtration system to help provide its smooth flavor profile.
